Bacon, Celery and Cheese Muffins
Made With Condensed Celery Soup

- 40g butter, melted
- 2 cups self- raising flour
- 1 egg
- 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
- 100g bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200ᵒC. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.Step 2
In a medium bowl combine melted butter, flour, egg, soup, bacon, and ½ cup cheese add milk, mix to combine.Step 3
Pour mixture evenly into muffin pan.Step 4
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked and golden.
