- 40g butter, melted
- 2 cups self- raising flour
- 1 egg
- 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
- 100g bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Step 1Preheat oven to 200ᵒC. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Step 2In a medium bowl combine melted butter, flour, egg, soup, bacon, and ½ cup cheese add milk, mix to combine.
Step 3Pour mixture evenly into muffin pan.
Step 4Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Step 5Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked and golden.
