  • 40g butter, melted
  • 2 cups self- raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
  • 100g bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200ᵒC. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
  • Step 2

    In a medium bowl combine melted butter, flour, egg, soup, bacon, and ½ cup cheese add milk, mix to combine.
  • Step 3

    Pour mixture evenly into muffin pan.
  • Step 4

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Step 5

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked and golden.
