- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 180ml milk
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
Step 1Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Step 2Add the pork and cook until brown on both sides, stir in the soup, milk and minced garlic and bring to the boil stirring frequently.
Step 3Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Step 4Serve with mashed potato and mixed vegetables.
