- 1 tbs oil
- 500g beef strips
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 x 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Garnish with fresh parsley
Step 1Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add beef strips and cook over a high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add paprika and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2Return beef to pan. Add Campbells Cream of Mushroom Condensed soup and ½ can of water, mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium- low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Step 3stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve with cooked pasta, rice or mashed potato if desired.
Step 4Garnish with parsley.
