Campbell’s Beef Stroganoff
Made With Condensed Mushroom Soup
A high protein tasty dish. Serve with pasta, rice or mash.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 500g beef strips
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 200g button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 x 295g can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Garnish with fresh parsley
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add beef strips and cook over a high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add paprika and cook for 1 minute.Step 2
Return beef to pan. Add Campbells Cream of Mushroom Condensed soup and ½ can of water, mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium- low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.Step 3
stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve with cooked pasta, rice or mashed potato if desired.Step 4
Garnish with parsley.
