  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 200 gm bacon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 295g cream of mushroom Condensed Soup
  • ½ can milk
  • 300g dry spaghetti, cooked
  • Rocket salad to serve


  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a medium to large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bacon and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2

    Stir in Campbell’s Soup plus ½ can milk, bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3

    Cook pasta following directions, drain and stir through sauce.
  • Step 4

    Serve with Rocket salad.
