- 450g minced beef
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
- 250ml hot tomato sauce
- 125ml (4floz) milk
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch) or 8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 110g grated cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Step 1Cook the beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Step 2Stir the soup, hot tomato sauce, milk, tortillas and half the cheese in the frying pan to combine, then spoon the beef mixture into a 2 litre baking dish. Cover the baking dish.
Step 3Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 4Perfect served with a side salad.
