- 2 portions of pasta
- Approx. 6" pepperoni, finely sliced.
- Half a yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2-4 mushrooms, finely sliced
- Half tsp basil
- Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
- Quarter pint of milk
Step 1Cook the pasta according to pack.
Step 2Meanwhile, fry the onion, pepper, tomato, and pepperoni for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3Add tomatoes, basil and Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup.
Step 4Once boiling, lower to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, slowing adding extra milk as it thickens.
Step 5Remove from heat and toss through pasta, serve immediately.
