  • 2 portions of pasta
  • Approx. 6" pepperoni, finely sliced.
  • Half a yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2-4 mushrooms, finely sliced
  • Half tsp basil
  • Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
  • Quarter pint of milk


  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta according to pack.
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, fry the onion, pepper, tomato, and pepperoni for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3

    Add tomatoes, basil and Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup.
  • Step 4

    Once boiling, lower to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, slowing adding extra milk as it thickens.
  • Step 5

    Remove from heat and toss through pasta, serve immediately.
