Ingredients

  • Can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup with 205ml water (to make 500ml in total)
  • 185g paella rice
  • 1 x small white onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves cut/crushed
  • 1 fish stock cube
  • 300g fish pie mix
  • 75g small, cooked prawns
  • 1 heaped tsp extra hot chilli powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok, add garlic and onion and fry until brown
  • Step 2

    Add fish pie mix and prawns, fry for 3-4 mins
  • Step 3

    Add the tomato soup, water, and fish stock cube
  • Step 4

    Add paella rice and extra hot chilli powder
  • Step 5

    Stir in and bring to the boil
  • Step 6

    Lower heat and simmer for 20 mins or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally
  • Step 7

    Add more water if necessary during cooking
