Don’t know what to cook for your mum this Mother’s Day? We’ve got you covered!

You can show your mum how much you appreciate her by cooking her a nice meal on Mother’s Day. This gives her the chance to put her feet up for a change, before sitting down for dinner with the family. But what do you cook for her?

Obviously, you want to serve her something that looks, smells and tastes great, which usually means that (unless you’re really skilled in the kitchen) a simpler meal will reduce the risk of it all going wrong! So, we’ve put together a list of recipes that don’t require too much culinary expertise to cook, but taste and look amazing.

Although some spices are required, as long as you have time to let a curry simmer then the flavours will be absorbed.
