Pork Chops with a Creamy Mushroom & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
  • 180ml milk
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)

Step 1

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Step 2

Add the pork and cook until brown on both sides, stir in the soup, milk and minced garlic and bring to the boil stirring frequently.

Step 3

Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

Step 4

Serve with mashed potato and mixed vegetables.
